Restoration of Eden (ROE)BackgroundSince 1996 Litsom seminary has developed the idea of extending its programs to run professional courses based upon theology because:- 1. We are convinced that if God is the creator of the whole universe and everything in it, theology, the study about God, must embrace all other learning and we should stretch out into other disciplines of learning under the umbrella of theology whenever the situation demands. 2. There is a greater call to us today. The situation in our country demands efficient professional courses for young people. 3. The theme of our seminary is “Blessings to the Nations”. Therefore it is our mission mandate and our responsibility to minister to all people by fulfilling their spiritual and physical needs. In 1998 the Board of Trustees passed the decision to run Theological Based Agricultural and Aquatic Technology Course first, taking the years 2002-2006 to be the years of preparation. The preparation of the Farm Project “ROE” is a major part of the preparation. Other projects include faculty development and the improvement of Library and Other Facilities. |
